1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return on full priced item and exchange on all items.
2. Can I open the parcel before payment?
No, our courier service does not allow parcels to be opened before payment. Additionally, since our products are bulky and properly packed, checking them before payment is not possible. However, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for your convenience.
3. What is the material of the rug? Is it too thin? Will it slip?
Our rugs are made of diamond velvet, which is anti-slip, washable, and imported.
- They have a velvety feel with a rubber backing to prevent slipping.
- The rug thickness is 7mm.
4. What is the material of the doormat? Is it water-absorbing?
Doormats are made of soft flannel/velvet with memory foam. They are anti-slip, water-absorbing, washable, and imported.
5. Do fur doormats absorb water?
No, fur doormats are not water-absorbing.
6. What is the material of the paintings? Are they handmade?
Yes, our paintings are hand-painted on canvas using oil paint. They come framed and ready to hang.
7. What is your delivery time? What if my order contains a painting?
- Standard delivery time: 2-4 working days.
- Orders containing paintings require an additional 2 days for processing.
- Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions or courier-related technical issues.
8. Do you deliver to Azad Kashmir?
Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan including Azad Kashmir ( Deliveries takes slightly longer in AK)
9. What is the exchange process?
To exchange a product:
- Send the item back to our warehouse address.
- We will dispatch the replacement item.
- If there is a price difference, it will be paid at the time of delivery.
10. How can I return a parcel? Will I receive a full refund?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to our address. Refunds are processed via online bank transfer.
Note: The return policy only applies to full-priced products.
11. What is the standard rug size for my lounge?
The size depends on the area you want to cover:
- 5x7ft or 6x9ft is suitable for a TV lounge.
- For a larger area, our biggest size is 9.8x13ft.

13. Can you help me choose a rug color that matches my sofa?
Yes! Send us a message on Facebook or Instagram, and we can suggest matching themes from our collection based on your sofa.
14. Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we currently deliver to UAE, Oman, and Pakistan.
15. What is the size of the bathrobe?
Our bathrobe is free-size for adults.
16. Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No, we do not have an outlet. We are currently selling online only.

18. Terms and Conditions for using BaadMay Payments
- All new users have a shopping limit of Rs. 20,000, returning users can log into the BaadMay app on their mobile device to check their shopping limits.
- Minimum order value to make a transaction with BaadMay is Rs. 1,000
- Before you make a transaction, please check you are using a:
○ Card from a valid Pakistani Bank. Virtual cards or cards issued by digital apps
(Nayapay, Sadapay, Easypaisa, Jazzcash, etc. are not accepted)
○ Visa or Mastercard, (UnionPay and PayPak cards are not accepted). - Please ensure your card is activated for online transactions, otherwise contact your bank to activate the card prior to making a transaction.

19. Can I select BaadMay payment on cash on delivery?
- This payment option is NOT available on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
20. Is there any extra amount I have to pay when selecting BaadMay payments?
- Yes, BaadMay applies an additional charge of approximately 15–16% for payments made through their installment plan, as indicated on their website.
- The total amount is divided into three installments, which can be managed through the BaadMay mobile application.
21. How do I pay with BaadMay?
- On the checkout page, click on the BaadMay option to select BaadMay as your
preferred payment method. - Review the invoice and payment plan, the following payment dates your
installments will be charged on and their amount. Your first installment is paid at the time of purchase. - Add a credit or debit card as your payment method to continue.
22. What happens if I cannot pay on time or need to change my date?
- If you are unable to clear your payments timely, you can contact Customer Care for further assistance before your next payment is due.
- If your payment date is overdue, you will not be able to make any further transactions via BaadMay until the previous balance is cleared.
23. Are there any hidden taxes when paying via bank transfer or credit card?
- No, there are no hidden taxes for bank transfers.
- Since we use Local Bank Alfalah Gateway to process 3D Secure payment there will no additional charged on local Credit/Debit Cards.
24. What are your delivery charges?
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 999.
25. Will my order be dispatched on the same day I place it?
- Orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 5 PM are dispatched on the next working day.
